January 24, 2005: Dear Al, Further to my entry in the Table 3 More early settlers to the area. Jan, 23, 2002 The only info I have found for William Dawson son of William Dawson and Catherine Broderick is a birth Certificate for his sister Catherine in The Parish of Kilcommon, Address, Tooreen. Date 8/3/1814. Sponsor Carmody John and Hickey Mary. However I haven't been able to asertain where in North Tipperary this is, or even if it still exsists. If you or any of your readers could help me out I would be thankful. Thank you and best regards, Larry Dawson ______________________ Note: There is also a parish called Kilcommon and a place called Tooreen in County Mayo. ... Al
