The DOYLE Road in Osgoode Township is named for the several DOYLE families most of whom
came from County Wexford in Ireland. Denzil Doyle has written some of the DOYLE
family histories in Pioneer Families of Osgoode Township.

My GreatGreatGrandmother was Margaret Doyle. She died in childbirth in 1844 on the neighbouring Lawrence Burns farm.
