I have some index pages to the Clonmore parish records, and so I can give some baptismal details for the Fenlons, but not the sponsors: 

1824-09-11
Bapt. of Margaret, d/o William Fenlon and Bridget Doyle, Kilanure 

1844-10-27
Bapt. of Thomas, s/o William Fenlon and Bridget Doyle, Killanure 

And I’ve cut and pasted in below the Excel file of my transcription of the 1839 rentals record (a sort of census). 
My guess would be that Jenny’s William was living with his father, Thomas Fenlon, and these records show only heads of families.

I was on facebook with my recently reunited Fenlon family back east and they posted a photo of my great grandfather 
James Joseph Fenlon and his bride Elizabeth Ludlow Murray - he's the owner / operator of the pool room and barber shop in Alberta.
