COSTELLO Family Re-Union
at Petersville, Iowa

We are very excited about the upcoming reunion and if appropriate would
like it posted on your site, many of the people interested in your site may be
interested in the reunion or know someone who may be.
The Decendants of Matthew and Anna O'Meara Costello will hold a - June 28 2003
Noon Pot Luck Reunion at Petersville, Ia.(Immaculate Conception Church) This
will celebrate over 150 years since their arrival in Iowa and resume reunions.
(Last one was held in 1967!)
The Costello Family was one of the founding families of the parish at Petersville.
The group came from Canada included the Burnett, Gleeson, Hanrahan, Kelly, McGinn,
O'Meara, Monaghan, Quigley, Spain, Tierney and Waters families. These families
all helped start the parish and many of these families have married into the
Costello family. The Immaculate Conception Parish is celebrating 150 years this fall.
We are asking family members to bring two dishes to share (if not traveling too far)
table service, lawn chairs, as well as pictures and memories. A program is planned
for after the meal.
