This query concerns the surname Mantle / Mantil. My g.g.g. grandparents were Robert 
Mantil and Anne "Nancy"  Finucane.  Robert Mantils' parents were original P.R. settlers, 
John Mantil & Ellen Horgan (spelled HOURIGAN in some church records). So far, I have 
parental names for 14 of the 23 Mantil's listed on your page 'Some Early Births in 
Huntley Township, 1837 -?'   Would it be possible to get the names of the parents for 
the remaining 9 ?

It's been awhile since I visited your site. 
 
My interest lies with the Mantil / Mantle family. I've found a birth record for 
Catherine Ann Whelan, May 24, 1873, Huntley, Carleton, Ontario. Parents are John Whelan 
and Margret (sic) Mantil. I believe this is the Margaret Mantle who was a sister to my 
Robert Mantle.  You have a marriage record posted:
