February 28, 2003:
James Mulholland is listed in the 1851 census of Bytown.  He and his wife Ejabilla 
(Isabelle) are both 64 years of age  and about 1800-1812 came to Canada from Ireland.  
The occupation of James is listed as Constable.
Is there any reference to James on any list or in any book, etc. in Bytown/Ottawa?
By 1861, he is living in Marlborough on Lot 11 concession 3.  He purchased this 
lot about 1854.
