Hi Al,
Here is the information we have accumulated over the summer. We still don't
have all the answers yet but we are getting there slowly!
Would you have any pieces to this puzzle as I am still trying to relate
this family into my John O'Boyle / Christiana McKay family who did live in
Osgoode before moving back into Ottawa?

ii. REV. THOMAS O'BOYLE, b. May 29, 1820, County Mayo, Ireland; d. January 07, 1866, Osgoode, Ontario, Canada.
Thomas Boyle, born in Mayo, Ireland 29-05-1820. Entered the Oblates at Notre-Dame de l'Osier,
France the 07-12-1844. Pronounced his vows 08-12-1845. Was ordained a priest by
Mgr de Mazenod in Marseille the 27-06-1847. Father Boyle came to Canada, in Ottawa in 1849.
He worked in Farrellton, QC until 1853. He was dispensed of his vows in 1853. He was
then pastor of Plantagenet, Curran, South Gloucester, and Dawson (Osgoode) ON.
He died the 07-01-1866. He was called the Father of the poor and needy.
3. iii. MICHAEL O'BOYLE, b. 1834, County Mayo, Ireland; d. October 23, 1889.

1. JULIA MCGREGOR (DUNCAN) was born 1828. She married (1) JOHN O'BOYLE November 21,
1854, son of THOMAS O'BOYLE and MARY CLYNE. He was born 1811, and died October 09,
1865 in Osgoode, Ontario, Canada @54 Yrs Old. She married (2) HUGH O'CONNOR February 08,
1869 in Notre Dame, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, son of DANIEL O'CONNOR and JANE MCGUIGAN.

i. THOMAS O'BOYLE, b. August 27, 1855; d. September 07, 1855.
ii. MARY OBOYLE, b. 1858, Osgoode, Ontario, Canada; m. JAMES COLEMAN,
October 11, 1887, Notre Dame, Montreal, Quebec, Canada; b. 1851.
iii. JOHN RICHARD O'BOYLE, b. May 27, 1865, Osgoode, Ontario, Canada.
Children of JULIA MCGREGOR and HUGH O'CONNOR are:
iv. MARGRET3 O'CONNOR, b. 1870.
v. CATHRINE O'CONNOR, b. 1870.
vi. DANIEL B. O'CONNOR, b. 1872.
3. MICHAEL2 O'BOYLE (THOMAS1) was born 1834 in County Mayo, Ireland, and died
October 23, 1889. He married ANASTASIA GRACE July 16, 1854 in Ottawa, Ontario,
Canada, daughter of PIERCE GRACE and JULIA REGAN. She was born October 19, 1833
in St John's, Newfoundland, Canada, and died May 21, 1911.
Child of MICHAEL O'BOYLE and ANASTASIA GRACE is:
i. JULIA ANASTASIA GRACE3 O'BOYLE, b. July 21, 1856; d. November 25, 1920, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
