November 26, 2002:

The Otterson family from County Tipperary, Ireland, settled on the East side of the Rideau 
River, between Mooney's Bay and today's location of the Hunt Club Bridge.

Some of the descendants of George Otterson are buried at Our Lady of the Visitation
in South Gloucester. (Cemetery Listing #103, 104).
