=====================
Hi Jane:
Here is the info on Michael Timothy Kennedy from the registers of St.
Michael's at Corkery (Huntley):
Kennedy, Michael Timothy
son of Kennedy, Thomas and O'Keefe, Elizabeth
was born on 9/27/1877
and baptized on 10/14/1877 by Father O'Malley
The Godparents were Clancy, Daniel and Clancy, Ellenor
There were other children in the family. Do you have their names? If not, I
could get them for you.
Are you related to the Blanchfields from Osgoode Township? My ancestors on
my mother's side (Burns, Sullivans, etc. lived on the Manotick Station Road,
not far from the Blanchfield Road.
I'm sending a copy of your e-mail to Taylor Kennedy who may be related to
your Kennedy folks.
Thanks for this interesting e-mail! Do you mind if I put a copy of our
correspondence up on the web site?

Hello Al and Jane
I searched through all of my records of Nepean and Huntley Kennedy's. I
don't have a connection yet, but there may be a connection through Hugh,
brother of John as those records are slim (not much research).
But what I do have in my records is the following:
Michael Timothy Kennedy son of (Thomas Kennedy & Elizabeth O'Keefe ) married
Margaret Legree (Legris) April 21, 1920. (NOTE: whether Thomas Kennedy had a
brother by the name of Timothy who also married Mary O'Keefe, it can get
confusing.)
Son of Michael Timothy Kennedy & Margaret Legree (Legris) is Joseph Leonard
Kennedy who married Raymonde Lamoureux, July 14, 1956 at St. Marc's Church
in Costicook.
Son of Michael Timothy Kennedy & Margaret Legree (Legris) is Michael Leo
Kennedy who married Kathleen Mary O'Callaghan, June 5, 1948 at St. Michael's
in Corkery.
Son of Michael Timothy Kennedy & Margaret Legree (Legris) is Thomas Benjamin
Kennedy who married Mary Helena Horton, April 3, 1949. at Holy Name of Mary
in Almonte.
I had a second thought. I wonder if Thomas is a son of Timothy Kennedy and
Mary O'Keife who originally had children at St. Philips Church in 1837 and
moved to Huntley after that. Only a thought. Here are two OBITUARYS that are
associated. Take care Taylor Kennedy

From Jane:
My husband, James Blanchfield, is related to the Blanchfields on the
Osgoode side. In fact, a cousin lives on Blanchfield Road. He started
searching his roots last year after a family reunion. Purely by luck he
found his uncle's name and then his father's name on Ancestry.com which
led him to a lot of relatives that he never knew about. He has had many
conversations with Dick Blanchfield of Osgoode who had a lot more
information. He has been very excited about it all which in turn has
got me interested again. I had started 30 years ago, but stopped when I
got frustrated about finding no information on a couple of the lines I
was interested in Kennedy, Julian, Livingstone, Millers. Thanks to
Jim's success I've finally linked the Livingstone's and Millers and have
found out the name of my great grandfather, Benjamin Julian.
Thank you for giving me hope in finding out more about the Kennedy line.
